Refund policy

Once orders were placed goods are shipped within 1-3 business days and the shipping info including tracking numbers will be uploaded. All orders are sent by regular mail from Merrylands NSW 2160 by Australian Post and delivery time can be from 2-10 days within Australia, Overseas delivery time can take from 8-20 days, if you require Express Services, please contact us to get a quote before you place your order. Please note shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, however, if you did not receive your order in the provided timeframe, contact us to open an enquire with The Australian Post Office.

Please note, it's your responsibility to provide a correct or updated address. We can not take any responsibility if you provided a wrong address, as we do not provide refunds or exchanges if items show "Delivered". Shipping Cost per item within Australia is $12.99 AUD flat rate for as many items as you like to order and overseas is $35.00 AUD flat rate too. 

Within Australia, we refund or exchange if received wrong or damaged products but not if shows "Delivered" or for change of mind. We reassure you that you can buy with confidence, as we will do our best to send the correct item packed and wrapped properly with care. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or wrong order, contact us. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email. A refund may be given for the product only and not for shipping fees, if you decide to have the package resent an additional shipping fee will be charged. International Customers, it is not possible at this stage to accept returns or issue refunds, but please contact us to reach a fair agreement.

Yes, we ship overseas, International Customers, please find out your country's regulations before you order. Not all items we sell can be easy clear to every country. We are not responsible for overseas logistics, clearance or taxes.
