About our Products
We aim as much as possible to sell products that are originated in The Amazon Rainforest and The Andes Mountains, we also aim to buy directly from local producers, artisans and communities, goods that are produced using only traditional methods and natural processes. Most of our products we carry are fair traded and sustainable produced, in most of the cases we oversee the production process.
Shipping & Delivery
Once order was placed goods are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Holiday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day. All orders are sent by regular mail from Springwood NSW by Australian Post and delivery time can be from 2-8 days, if you require a tracking number or Express Services please Contact Us by email [email protected] Phone: 0450742722. If you require express services, please contact us so we can arrange for you at an extra cost. Please note, we source your name and address from your current registered Paypal Account, therefore its your responsibility to update your address if changed. We can not take any responsibility of your goods if you provided a wrong address. You can also provide us you address by phone or if you are not sure, please contact Paypal or let us known ASAP so we can ship to the correct one.
International Customers, yes we ship overseas, its your responsibility to find out your country's regulations before you order. Not all items we sell can be clear to every country. We are not responsible for clearance or taxes. In a few cases the actual shipping fee will be more than calculated at checkout. If this happens we will contact you via email and inform you of the cost for shipping your order before we proceed.
Returns & Replacements
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (as long as the item is sealed and not used, also shipping and processing fees will be charged). All products are guaranteed.
To return an item, please follow the steps below
Please enclose a copy of your invoice or postage slip, if possible if not available then include your name, address, phone number
Please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:
Andess Global Services. 14 Burns Road Springwood NSW 2777. Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging not used , opened, sealed and not damaged. We cannot accept returns sent on original shipping & processing charges are not refundable. Return the package to us by Australian Post or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] . Please note for international customers there is not returns or replacements.
If you wish to partner with us Wholesale and
resell our amazing and unique in the market products we would love to hear
from you!. The first step is filling out the Enquiry Form from Contact Us or by phone or email directly, either ways you will receive our
Wholesale Price List and Conditions. We have a minimum of $400 per
order to be classify as wholesale.
