SHIPPING & DELIVERY :
Once orders were placed goods are shipped within 1-3 business days and the shipping info including tracking numbers will be uploaded. All orders are sent by regular mail from Springwood NSW 2777 by Australian Post and delivery time can be from 2-10 days within Australia, Overseas delivery time can take from 8-28 days, if you require Express Services please contact us to get a quote before you place your order. Please note shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, however, if you did not receive your order in the provided timeframe, contact us to open an enquire with The Australian Post Office.
Please note, its your responsibility to provide a correct or updated address. We can not take any responsibility if you provided a wrong address, as we do not provide refunds or exchanges if items shows "Delivered". Shipping Cost per item within Australia is $10.99 AUD flat rate for as many items as you like to order and overseas is $35.00 AUD flat rate too. Yes we ship overseas, International Customers, please find out your country's regulations before you order. Not all items we sell can be easy clear to every country. We are not responsible for overseas logistics, clearance or taxes.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS :
Within Australia, we refund or exchange if received wrong or damaged products but not if shows "Delivered" or for change of mind . We reassure you that you can buy with confidence, as we will do our best to send the correct item packed and wrapped properly with care. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or wrong order, contact us. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you via email. A refund may be given for the product only and not for shipping fees, if you decide to have the package resent an additional shipping fee will be charged. International Customers, it is not possible at this stage to accept returns or issue refunds, but please contact us to reach a fair agreement.
WHOLESALES & BULK ORDERS :
If you wish to partner with us and resell or repack our amazing and unique in the market products we would love to hear from you. The first step is to contact us by phone or email directly, so you can receive our Wholesale Price List and Conditions. Some of our products are seasonal, and also because most of our products are sourced directly from producers in Peru, sometimes our suppliers can be out of stock. That is the reason we prefer to take your bulk order manually, making sure we can fulfil it.

STORE POLICIES :
When you purchase an item from our store, as part of the exchange process, we may collect your personal information such as your name, phone, address and email. Also, when you browse our store, we may also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for shipping or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our goods to you. Your data is stored through Wix's data storage and databases. We were assured that they store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
